Replacement Services created a policyholder portal, exclusive to RScontents with the focus of making the claim process as simply as possible for the policyholder. The secure portal allows policyholders to create an inventory of all their belongings, room-by-room with the ability to upload photos, receipts, appraisals, and more. This allows them to start working on their claim immediately in the user-friendly environment. Once they are completed with their contents inventory, the insurance adjuster is notified with the complete list.

Upon submission of the inventory list from the policyholder our system automatically starts searching the database for comparables available in the market place, eliminating line-by-line search. The software's built-in intelligence learns from adjuster patterns, maximizing search results. The solution drastically reduces claim handling time. The review pane of comparable items offers more options than ever before and can be completely tailored to each specific claim. Once the claim is completed, the policyholder can view the replacement options with line item details within the RS exclusive policyholder portal, for complete understanding of the replacement values. The valuation report is modifiable and readily available in PDF, Excel, or Word format.
